Kenny is a graduate of Geology before obtained a Master’s degree in Environmental Analysis and Assessment at the prestigious University of London, Diploma in Environmental Health at University of Derby and Master of Laws (LLM) at Middlesex University. He is not only a qualified Environmental Protection Practitioner with currently over 16 years’ experience in Consultancy and Local Authority Environmental Health department but also a seasoned Business and Management Leader and a Law School graduate.
He obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northampton, UK and Legal Practice certificate from De Montfort University, UK. He is a proven expert on various environmental protection services and has acted as an Expert Witness in legal proceedings involving planning applications, environmental permitting and statutory nuisance as well as at public inquiry.
